Frequently Asked Questions

I give estimates on most jobs, otherwise charges include a service call and will be billed by the hour. There is a two-hour minimum, and additional time is billed at 1/4 hour increments. Please note that due to the rising cost of transportation, jobs outside of the primary service area may incur a higher service call cost. 

Please understand that I can only give estimates for work, not quotes, in case of unforeseen contingencies. I will attempt to give my best estimate within a margin of 20% on larger projects. 

I cannot bill your insurance, but I will provide all the documentation that you need to file for reimbursement.

All estimates include a fully detailed scope of the work to be completed. At your request, you will receive a written breakdown of the cost and time estimated for your project.
